The Destin Commons Shopping Center has announced plans for a massive expansion that will that will be adding three new restaurants and twenty new stores to our area! The existing parking lot between the Sephora clock tower and the southwest corner of the property will be will be where the new phase is added. This expansion will encompass 100,000 square feet and will be added to the existing 400,000 square feet of retail and restaurants that are already there. Ground breaking is scheduled for early 2013 with completion set for sometime in 2014. Very exciting news for Destin!
